Living in the past or the future can be pleasurable or painful.
It also keeps us from living in the present moment where life unfolds,
decisions are made, and movement toward goals successfully continues.
Participants in this workshop will discover:
- Routine activities that can become stress management
- Practical exercises to experience the joy of being
- Techniques to make positive decisions by moving from unconscious
to conscious
living
- Methods to befriend the critics and quiet the voices in our
head
- Ways to improve our immune function
Being present allows us to be healthy, happy and available to
ourselves, our families and others in our daily lives. Dr. Pat will
guide the group through practical and purposeful exercises and breakout
sessions to help each participant begin their journey toward living
mindfully, in the present.
