Target Practice: Strategies
for Success
Most people have goals in their life. Sometimes we struggle with
achieving these goals. Whether we see it as good or bad, change
is hard for the familiar patterns in our lives. Dr. Casello
explores the Strategies for Success. Practical, daily choices to turn our good habits into
life enhancing goals are explored.
Participants in this workshop will:
- Review life priorities through holistic, interactive
exercises
- Clarify and balance goals within priorities
- Practice personalized goal accomplishment methods
- Discover alternative sources of inspiration and assistance
- Reframe life balancing choices
- Jump the obstacles and begin living more joyously
Remove the self-sabotaging patterns
that obstruct our path. Dr. Pat will
guide the group through practical and purposeful exercises and breakout
sessions to help each participant begin applying Strategies for
